No surprises.

Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your parking reservation. We accept major debit and credit cards. Your booking confirmation will be sent to the email address provided at checkout and should be presented at the time of drop-off.

Cancellations made at least 72 hours before your scheduled drop-off time will receive a full refund or, at your preference, a credit voucher valid for 12 months. Cancellations made within 72 hours of the drop-off time are non-refundable.

If you need to amend your booking dates, please contact us as soon as possible; amendments are subject to availability and any difference in price.

We reserve the right to charge an overstay fee if your vehicle remains on site beyond the booked return date. The overstay rate will be communicated to you at the time of booking and will be charged at a daily rate pro-rated to the number of additional days incurred.

All vehicles must be roadworthy and hold a valid MOT certificate, current road tax (VED), and appropriate motor insurance at the time of drop-off. Planeezy reserves the right to refuse any vehicle that does not meet these requirements.

We accept no liability for any pre-existing mechanical, electrical, or structural faults, including but not limited to flat batteries, punctures, tyre blowouts, brake failure, or engine faults that arise during the parking period where such faults are not attributable to our staff’s actions.

You are required to leave your vehicle’s ignition key and driver’s door key with our staff at the point of drop-off.

If your vehicle is fitted with any additional security devices — including but not limited to Autowatch Ghost immobilisers, Tracker devices, valet PIN codes, or keyless entry fobs — you must disclose this to our staff at drop-off and provide any codes or instructions required to safely move the vehicle. Failure to do so may result in damage for which Planeezy will not be held liable.

You are strongly advised to remove all valuables, personal belongings, and documents from your vehicle prior to drop-off. Planeezy accepts no liability whatsoever for the loss, theft, or damage of any personal items left within the vehicle during the parking period.

Planeezy takes reasonable care of all vehicles in our custody. However, our liability for any loss, theft, or damage to your vehicle is limited to instances where such loss or damage is proven to be the direct result of negligence by our staff.

Any damage must be reported to a member of staff and fully documented before you leave the car park or airport. Claims submitted after departure from the site cannot be accepted, as we are unable to verify that the damage occurred while the vehicle was in our care.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute arising from or in connection with a booking shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time; the version in force at the time of your booking will apply.
