Overview

One family-run team, one secure compound.

Planeezy is a fully insured, independent Stansted valet parking operator. Every driver is licence-checked. Every car we look after is parked at our offsite secure parking facility, run and controlled by Planeezy — no shuffling vehicles between sites, no third-party subcontractors, no unknowns.

Arrival procedure

Drop-off — step by step.

Please text or call 0203 540 5819 around 20 minutes before you arrive at Stansted Airport so a driver can head to the terminal to meet you.

  1. Step 01

    Ring us on approach

    Call or text 0203 540 5819 around 20 minutes before you arrive at the terminal so we can head to the forecourt to meet you.

  2. Step 02

    Drive to Stansted departures

    Follow signs for terminal departures / drop-off. A Planeezy driver will confirm the exact meeting bay by text as you approach.

  3. Step 03

    Handover & vehicle check

    We’ll walk around the car with you, note the condition and mileage on your ticket, and photograph the vehicle before anything else. Please remove all valuables and personal belongings before handing over the keys.

  4. Step 04

    Head to check-in

    We take the keys and drive your car to our secure compound. Keep your booking confirmation / ticket safe — it also acts as your receipt.

If you’re running more than 30 minutes early or later than your booked drop-off, please ring 0203 540 5819 to re-arrange a slot.

Return procedure

Pick-up — step by step.

As soon as you land, call Planeezy on 0203 540 5819. We’ll have your car at the terminal pick-up zone by the time you’re through baggage reclaim.

  1. Step 01

    Call Planeezy as you land

    As soon as your plane touches down, ring 0203 540 5819. Giving us that head start means your car is at the terminal pick-up zone by the time you’ve collected your luggage.

  2. Step 02

    Confirm the pick-up bay

    We’ll confirm the exact pick-up bay and give you an ETA for the car (usually 10–15 minutes from your call).

  3. Step 03

    Head to the pick-up zone

    Collect your bags and make your way to the meeting point the driver confirmed. Your car will be there ready for you.

  4. Step 04

    Quick check & drive home

    Our driver hands the keys back, you confirm everything is as you left it, and you’re on your way. Any damage claim must be reported before leaving the site.

Our compound is gated, CCTV-monitored 24/7, and keys are stored in a locked system only our vetted drivers can access. Every vehicle movement is logged from the moment it enters our care.

Hours of operation

Planeezy operates 24 hours a day, 365 days a year — including public holidays.

Pricing

£120 per week — from £17/day when you book seven days — or just £100 per week during our August & September savings. Payment is taken upfront at the time of booking via a secure card link. Every quote is all-in.

Stansted forecourt fee

London Stansted Airport charges £14 at the terminal barrier (£7 in, £7 out). Planeezy covers the £7 entry fee at drop-off. The £7 exit fee on your return is paid by you at the barrier as you drive away.

Insurance

Planeezy is fully insured for the vehicles in our care while they’re being moved. Your own motor insurance must remain in force during storage.

Vehicles we accept

All standard passenger cars, SUVs, and small MPVs. Commercial vehicles, oversized vans, and vehicles over 7 seats can’t be accepted without prior arrangement — please call before booking.

Live vehicle tracking

Every vehicle we move is tracked in real time throughout its time with us. You can request an update at any time — we’re always transparent.
